Enough Already!

Not only did my little girl turn five, and have her ears pierced, but she also lost her first tooth. All in one day!!! This is too much for momma!

Pierced Ears!

So when Tabitha was like three years old, she asked when she could get her ears pierced and mommy (thinking she would never remember) told her when she was 5. A few days before she turned 5 she came to us and reminded us that when she turned 5 she got to get her ears pierced. So, we went on her birthday and she was so excited. She was so determined to get it done and be a big girl, that she did not even cry. She gasped at the pain when they first shot the gun, and that was it! I could tell it hurt, but she REFUSED to cry! She really is becoming a big girl.

I can't believe my baby is 5! She wanted a ballerina party so we invited her friends to come dressed in their ballet clothes and they had a blast! Lots of dancing diva's!

Arianna at 6 months

This month Arianna has stated eating solid food (as solid as runny baby ceral can be) last month and she is on to avacado and banana this month. She was getting very upset everytime she saw us eating, grabing for our plates and water glasses, so we decided it was time to start the food. She loves to eat! She is also rollling around everywhere to get to anything she wants, it is pretty amazing to see her in action. She said her first words this month too. It was mamma at the beggining of the month and then la-la and then dada became her favorite word to say for the rest of the month!

So obviously we had more technical difficulties and there have been no updates. We have now worked out the kinks and I am happy to say we are back online. So the whirlwind of the past 6 months is now about to unfold. Hang on tight....Here we go! (I hope!)

So my web has been down on my computer for about 2 months now and that is where all of my pics are at , so I finally decided to transfer the pics to another computer, so we have a whole lot of catching up to do with the girls. A lot has happened over the past 2-3 months and I will fill you in on it all. So hang on and here we go....

Having Fun in the Fall

The girls got to do several things this month. We went to a pumkin patch, a fall festival, and a halloween party at Daddy's work and trick-or-treating at the mall of georgia. Tabitha was Snow White this year and Arianna started out as a flower, but the costume was too small for her, so she ended up as a kitty cat.

Arianna is really growing as you can see. She is now rolling both ways and she is cooing and babbling all the time. Her personality is really comming through and I am amazed how different I can tell that she and Tabitha are already. I can't wait to see what adventures await us as Arianna continues to grow!

I am testing out the new camera that I got that takes short little video's. They are not the best quality, but it is the only way I have been able to figure out how to get video on here. Arianna is three months old, almost four and she is really growing. She has been trying to grab everything within reach and this is a video of her grabing one of her toys. Enjoy!

Two months and counting

Our little Aria is two months old now. She is growing so fast! She coos and squeals all day long and loves to kick at her rattles. At her 2 month visit she weighed almost 13lbs, keeping right up with her big sister. Tabitha is really starting to enjoy her more and more, she still loves being a big sister. Summer with Auntie Rachel

This month Rachel got to stay with us for several days and we had a blast at Stone Mountain Park at the new sky hike there. The girls really enojyed the little kids course and the rock climb and as you can see mom and dad got in on it too! The actual sky hike was a different story though, the girls had fun but there where some screams and tears that accompanied the journey. Most of the course had nothing to hold on to at all and we were about two stories off the ground. Mommy won't be doing that one again with them any time soon!!

One month and counting

We are finally starting to feel like we are settling into somewhat of a routine around here! Arianna is now one month old and she weighed 10lbs 12oz at her doctor's visit. She is starting to make some cute sounds and smile and is very alert when she is awake.

She is Finally Here!!

Our precious baby girl is finally here and we are so blessed! Arianna Grace was born on Sunday the 8th of June at 11:04 pm. She was 9lbs and 21 inches long (exactly the same as Tabitha when she was born). Tabitha is so excited to be a big sister and she is mommy's little helper. Baby and mommy are doing great. Here are some pictures from Arianna's first several days.

Tabitha's Dance Recital

Yesterday was Tabitha's dance recital and she did so great! Josh and I were so proud of her that she did all of her dance and she was so proud of herself. She had so much fun. Most of you know that our little girl lives for the moments that she can be on stage (she comes by it naturally of course from Josh and I). She has been counting down the days until her recital for months now. Here are some pictures and the video (if I can figure out how) from our little diva's moment in the spotlight. Enjoy!

Strawberry Pickin' Time!

This month we went strawberry picking at a local field. Auntie Rachel and Becky came too and we had a very fun time. We will probably be going back again very soon. The strawberry's were delicious, unlike anything I have tasted.

First Zoo Trip

This April we decided to take a trip to the Atlanta Zoo. This was Tabitha (and Mommy's) first time there and Daddy has not been since he was in middle school. We had a great time and we look forward to doing it again sometime. Here are some pictures from the day. Enjoy!

Hello Everyone,
Well it is evident that I have not done well with this blogging thing. I had good intentions, but alas, I have failed miserably! We are a little less than three weeks away from meeting our new baby girl. Hopefully she is the motivation that I need to start doing this thing right. Here's Hoping!

Well, it's a new year and I have not sone well at doing this blog, so this year I intend to do better. Especially since our family is about to have one more member. We will be finding out the sex of baby pockrus on the 18th (we hope). Well that's all for now, more to come soon!
